Traditional Irish Coffee
Ingredients
- 30g Devon Cream Company double cream
- 25ml (1 tot) whiskey
- 160ml double strength coffee
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
1. Pour 25ml whiskey into a coffee glasses or mug
2. Pour the hot coffee into the glass, leaving 1 inch of rim then stir 1tsp of sugar in until dissolved
4. Spoon the double cream into the coffee while it is still swirling and enjoy
