Handcrafted Cavern Aged Red Leicester
Dragon’s Cavern Aged Red Leicester has a nutty taste, firm texture and distinctive deep red colour which comes from the addition of annatto to the cheese. The cheese is then transported to the slate caverns of Blaenau Ffestiniog and left to mature between 3 and 6 months in original mining caves, which adds unique characteristics to the taste and texture of the cheese.
