Handcrafted Cavern Aged Cheddar with Leeks
Cavern Aged Cheddar, Dragon’s signature cheddar is combined with leeks to compliment the incredible depth of flavour, rich savoury flinty tones and distinctive firm body. The cheese is then transported to the slate caverns of Blaenau Ffestiniog and left to mature in original mining caves, which adds unique characteristics to the taste and texture of the cheese.
