Coastal Cheddar is produced at the Ford Farm Dairy located on the world heritage Jurassic Coast in the salty sea air.
Coastal is a rich, rugged and mature cheddar, aged on the Dorset Coast for 15-18 months to produce an intense flavour with a subtle, sweet, top note and a distinctive crunch.
