Long Clawson Dairy has been making English cheeses for over a century, and continue to use the same methods that their founders used to produce award-winning cheese.
Long Clawson Dairy milk comes from 41 local farms in Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, many of which they have worked with for generations. At the heart of the dairy are the Master Cheesemakers, whose knowledge and experience combine to produce a range of products to suit the most discerning cheese-lovers.
