Collier's

Powerful Extra Mature Cheddar

Inspired by Wales’ proud industrial heritage, this award-winning Cheddar is made to a particular recipe with 100% Welsh milk. Collier’s is matured for up to 15 months to create an extraordinary taste sensation which is evident from calcium salt crystals visible throughout the cheese. A long, deep, powerful taste that releases slowly in the mouth, leaving a lasting unique taste.
