Ireland's Own

Special Reserve Cheddar

Carefully selected and graded Cheddar from the lush pastures of Ireland. Ireland’s green fields, fresh clean air, plentiful rainfall, and mild climate means animals can graze outdoors for large parts of the year. These factors enable the farmers to produce high quality milk that enables cheesemakers to make great quality cheese. Ireland’s Own Special Reserve Cheddar is aged for 15 months and delivers great tasting cheese.
