The village of Ilchester has been home to Ilchester® cheesemakers for over 50 years, producing a range of great tasting and well-loved cheeses.
These include their best known Applewood® Smoky Cheddar, a tasty cheddar with a distinctive smoky flavour, dusted with paprika, and Mexicana®, a fiery mix of bell and jalapeño peppers blended with cheddar.
