Silver Fox Hot Chicken Bake
Ingredients
- 500g/18oz cooked chicken or turkey, diced
- 200g/7oz Belton Farm Silver Fox
- 5 sticks celery, sliced diagonally
- 5 spring onions/scallions, finely sliced
- 300-400ml/2 cups mayonnaise
- 2-3 teaspoons lemon juice
- A few plain crisps/potato chips, crumbled
- Salt and pepper
- Paprika (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan/gas mark 4/350°F/320°F fan.
2. Put the chicken, celery, spring onions/scallions, mayo and lemon juice into a bowl, together with 150g / 5oz grated Silver Fox. Season and mix together, then put into a shallow ovenproof dish.
3. Top with the remaining Silver Fox, crumbled crisps/chips, and a dusting of paprika.
4. Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes until hot, but not boiling.
5. Serve straight away with salad.
