Ireland's Own

Irish Whiskey Cheddar

Carefully selected and graded Cheddar from the lush pastures of Ireland. Ireland’s green fields, fresh clean air, plentiful rainfall, and mild climate means animals can graze outdoors for large parts of the year. These factors enable farmers to produce high quality milk that enables cheesemakers to make great quality cheese.

Ireland’s Own Mature Cheddar is mixed with Irish Whiskey for a delciously Irish tasting cheese.
