Coombe Castle are making preparations for our upcoming return to Paris for SIAL 2024, where we will not only showcase our latest products but also be in the running for a  prestigious trophy.

SIAL Paris, the international food trade show, will be held from October 19 to 23, 2024 at Paris Nord Villepinte, France.

SIAL is the world’s largest food exhibition. This international food show is the hub of food innovation, bringing together producers, distributors, restaurateurs, and importers-exporters. Throughout the SIAL, Paris will be a source of inspiration for the entire food community.

Coombe Castle will be returning to Paris once again to exhibit at SIAL 2024, providing attendees with the opportunity to explore our export services and experience a selection of our exceptional products.

Coombe Castle is exciting to take part in SIAL Innovation 2024! SIAL Innovation is a global observatory of food innovation offered in partnership with Protéines XTC, which analyses several thousand applications submitted by the exhibitors of the show every two years.

Coombe Castle’s Mature Cheddar Cheese Bakes have been selected to feature in the SIAL Innovation Selection 2024. SIAL rewards the best innovations through around twenty thematic trophies, awarded by sector (dairy products, seafood, frozen foods, food service, etc.), as well as special prizes. As for the selection of winners, it will take place at a grand jury meeting to be held the 11th and 12th September.

Attending SIAL 2024? Make sure you drop by Hall 7, Stand B128, to visit our booth and try some of the best of British and Irish dairy that Coombe Castle sources. We will be sampling a wide range of products from our new Mature Cheddar Cheese Bakes to our partner brand Belton Farm‘s new Silver Fox cheddar.
