In December, The Queen of Hearts Kitchener hosted two Devon Cream Company clotted cream tasting events, welcoming approximately 60 attendees across both sessions.

Guests took part in a blind tasting of our five seasonal flavoured clotted creams, served with house-made scones and Walkers shortbread biscuits. The format was designed to allow attendees to evaluate each cream based solely on its characteristics.

Each flavour was rated on sweetness level, texture and mouthfeel, flavour clarity, overall enjoyment, and yum factor, encouraging thoughtful feedback and comparison throughout the tastings.

Across both sessions, Limoncello and Whiskey emerged as the top-rated flavours, receiving the highest overall scores from attendees.

These events provided valuable insight into customer preferences and offered an opportunity to share our seasonal flavours directly with the community. We thank The Queen of Hearts Kitchener for hosting and all those who attended.
