3.5oz Guinness™ Cheddar
1 tbsp Corn Flour
1 tsp Mustard Powder
7 fl oz Single Cream
1 Bunch of Parsley
1. Grate the Guinness cheddar. Mix with the corn flour and mustard powder.
2. Add evaporated milk or cream to a saucepan and then add the cheese mix.
3. Slowly warm through stirring all the time until a smooth sauce is achieved.
4. Once smooth and creamy add chopped parsley and check seasoning.
5. Serve topped with a paprika sprinkle and chopped parsley.
