When entering our Instagram Giveaway you are agreeing to comply with the following rules.
1. You must be a legal adult in your State, Province or country of residence to enter.
2. The prize we are offering is the prize described in our Ad and (if stated) is only for the State or Province in which the Giveaway is offered.
3. We may substitute the prize for a prize of equal value but there will be no cash alternative.
4. Giveaway entries start and end on the date shown in our Post and no purchase is needed to enter the draw.
5. You must supply us with your full name, address, phone number and proof of residence, if requested as well as an image of your face – which we may ask you to verify.
6. You cannot be an officer, employees of our company nor of its local agents nor a family member of any of those people.
7. You can have only one entry.
8. Entry is made by tagging another Instagram user in the comments section of the post with @your Instagram handle and by following our Instagram Profile.
9. We will award the prize on a random basis using a random number generator.
10. We’re not responsible for any entry which is lost, corrupt, delayed, illegible, damaged, incomplete or is, in any other way defective.
11. As far as we are allowed by law, our liability for any act of negligence, tort, breach or other reason, on our part, is limited to the total value of the prize and we have no liability for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage you may suffer, even if such loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
12. We have the right to cancel the Giveaway, at any time before the winner is drawn, without any liability to you.
13. We will not transfer the prize to a third party, negotiate its content nor allow a refund of the value.
14. You agree to comply with any terms and conditions associated with the provider of the prize.
15. Our decision, on any matter associated with the Giveaway, is final and we will not enter into any debate about that decision.
16. You agree that we may publish your name and image on our Instagram page, on our website and on any other marketing platform we use, from time to time, if you win a prize.
17. We will notify you direct, within 14 days of the draw, if you have won. If you fail to respond to our message, within 48 hours of our sending it, we may revoke your entry and rerun the draw.
18. The winner will be notified by DM from our account handle only. Any notification from any other handle is not valid.
19. The prize will be offered in the form advertised in the Post and you will be advised using the email address you give us.
20. We have the right to reject any entry which we think breaches these rules, uses any automated method of entry or which, in our sole opinion, breaches the spirit of our Giveaway.
21. You confirm that, when entering, you have read and agreed our Privacy Policy.
22. If this Giveaway is illegal in the State or Province in which you reside, your entry will be invalid. We cannot advise on the legal requirements of particular States or Provinces.
23. Unless and until we have confirmed you as a winner, we have the right to withdraw any prize offered, if we find that you have not complied with these rules. In that event a further draw will be made.
24. The laws of England and Wales apply to this Giveaway and any actions brought under these rules will be brought only in the courts of England and Wales.
