Wexford Creamery has been producing award-winning cheese in the heart of Wexford, Ireland since 1959.
Wexford Creamery, a cooperative made up of local farmers, has a long history of passion and commitment to producing the finest quality milk and to supporting the local farming community. Over 600 farmers supply milk to the Creamery, over half of the dairy farmers in Wexford. This wonderful milk quality combined with cheese making excellence, results in exceptionally delicious cheese.
Typically aged for 12-18 months, this smooth cheddar has a full rich flavour with a hint of sweetness. A taste that is full of depth and character.
