Ford Farm has been perfecting the art of traditional cheese making for over forty years, using methods and recipes that date back 600 years.

Located on the Ashley Chase Estate in Dorset, Ford Farm is one of the few remaining traditional farmhouse cheddar makers, producing over three quarters of the UK volume. The cheesemakers at Ford Farm use the highest quality milk, sourced from local, free-range dairy herds, that graze the lush pastures of the surrounding countryside, with a process that is performed almost exclusively by hand. Using milk from cows, sheep and goat, they produce an award winning and versatile range of cheeses. Their dedication to the time honoured traditions of cheese making, make Ford Farm Cheddars some of the finest in the world.
