Coombe Castle International Ltd, a dairy export company based in Corsham, Wiltshire are delighted to announce that they have won the Queens Award for Enterprise in International Trade for a second time.
The award recognises the company’s outstanding achievement in exporting and marketing a fine range of British cheese and cream to over 20 countries worldwide for over 25 years.

Coombe Castle are renowned for choosing the finest artisan cheeses and supporting small cheese makers, they are also ever keen to develop innovative new cheese varieties, some of the latest include Moroccan Spice (English Cheese with Harissa), Sticky Toffee Cheese (English Cheese with dates) and Cerise (White Stilton with Cherries).
Glyn Woolley founded Coombe Castle International (CCI), a dairy export and marketing company 30 years ago. Its sister company The Devon Cream Company was created shortly after, with the aim of producing extended life Double Devon and Clotted Creams, since then the range has grown to include innovative dessert toppings such as Strawberry Delight and flavoured varieties like Clotted Cream with Brandy. CCI attends food shows all over the world and has won numerous awards, this Queens Award being the latest.
