A firm curd cheese with a sweet, nutty flavour that is a distinctive characteristic of sheeps milk cheese. Lord of the Hundreds is made from unpasteurised milk and is suitable for vegetarians.
Uses: Serve with fresh figs or slices of pear and crusty bread or with a selection of other British cheeses on a cheeseboard.
To eat: If serving on a cheeseboard remove the cheese from the fridge an hour before serving, to allow it to come to room temperature and to develop its full texture and flavour.
