Ingredients
- 1/2 Gevrik
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Runny Honey
- Sprinkle of Frissee Lettuce Leaves
- Icing Sugar
Method
- Cut the Gevrik in half (to get 2 disc pieces) and sprinkle the brown sugar over the cut surface
- Place under a hot grill until the sugar just begins to smoke
- Sprinkle the Frissee heart over the plate and drizzle the Honey over the lettuce leaves
- Place the grilled Gevrik in the centre of the plate and sprinkle the whole plate with icing sugar
