Gevrik Brulee

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Gevrik
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Runny Honey
  • Sprinkle of Frissee Lettuce Leaves
  • Icing Sugar

Method

  1. Cut the Gevrik in half (to get 2 disc pieces) and sprinkle the brown sugar over the cut surface
  2. Place under a hot grill until the sugar just begins to smoke
  3. Sprinkle the Frissee heart over the plate and drizzle the Honey over the lettuce leaves
  4. Place the grilled Gevrik in the centre of the plate and sprinkle the whole plate with icing sugar
