Cranberry and Orange Salad
Ingredients
- 4 large juicy oranges
- 12 black grapes
- 225g/8oz creamy white stilton with cranberries cut into chunks
- Assortment of baby salad leaves
- Dressing
- 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of white port
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 heaped teaspoon of caster sugar
- The rind of 1 orange, grated
Method
- Peel and slice the oranges.
- Arrange orange slices on four plates
- Scatter over the cheese, salad leaves and grapes.
- Place all the dressing ingredients into a screw top jar and shake vigorously until all ingredients are well mixed. Drizzle over the salad.
- Serve immediately.
