White Stilton with Lemon Pizza
Ingredients
- 2 flour tortillas
- Olive oil
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 cooked chicken breast sliced diagonally
- 8 asparagus spears lightly roasted
- Lemon Zest (2 thick slices cut into 3 triangles)
Method
- Brush a tortilla with olive oil and place another one on top, press down firmly.
- Spread tomato sauce over tortilla, sprinkle with basil & arrange chicken, asparagus and cheese on the pizza.
- Bake in a hot oven for 8-10 minutes, sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
- Also delicious with smoked salmon instead of chicken.
