Ingredients
- 150g dried macaronis pasta (part boiled)
- 200g Goats Milk Cheddar, grated
- 450mls (1/2 pint) milk (cows or goats)
- Plain flour
- Salt & Pepper
- 50g Butter
- Breadcrumbs (optional)
Method
- Melt the butter in a warm saucepan.
- Stir in enough flour to form a thick paste
- Stir in milk to thin paste, put on heat.
- Sitrring non-stop, slowly add all milk and then the grated cheese.
- Keep stirring, just before boiling as the sauce thickens; stir in the pasta.
- Season to taste and transfer to a baking dish; top with some more grate cheese and breadcrumbs (optional).
- Bake for 25 minutes in oven at 200 Deg C (until brown).
- Serve with bread and salad.
