Goats Milk Cheddar Macaroni Cheese

Serves 7

Ingredients

  • 150g dried macaronis pasta (part boiled)
  • 200g Goats Milk Cheddar, grated
  • 450mls (1/2 pint) milk (cows or goats)
  • Plain flour
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 50g Butter
  • Breadcrumbs (optional)

Method

  1. Melt the butter in a warm saucepan.
  2. Stir in enough flour to form a thick paste
  3. Stir in milk to thin paste, put on heat.
  4. Sitrring non-stop, slowly add all milk and then the grated cheese.
  5. Keep stirring, just before boiling as the sauce thickens; stir in the pasta.
  6. Season to taste and transfer to a baking dish; top with some more grate cheese and breadcrumbs (optional).
  7. Bake for 25 minutes in oven at 200 Deg C (until brown).
  8. Serve with bread and salad.
