Instructions

1. Place dessert spoonfuls of Shropshire Blue crumb (finely chopped by hand) on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
2. Bake in a hot oven for 5-10 minutes until they have the appearance of a biscuit
3. Leave to firm up for a few minutes, gently remove onto a cooling rack with a palette knife
4. Serve warm
